SahlSign was born out of a simple frustration: most eSignature tools were designed for Western businesses first, and Arabic often felt like an afterthought — a translated interface on top of an English product, with few GCC legal references and no templates for the contracts Gulf businesses actually sign.
We decided to build the opposite — an Arabic-first platform where English is the second language. Where every signed document comes with a bilingual certificate and a full audit trail, not a generic English receipt. Where a business can send an Arabic contract and have it signed before the day ends.
SahlSign is part of the sahl (سهل — easy) family of business tools for the GCC. We believe the best software is built by people who understand the market they serve — not by a team adding Arabic as locale #47.
Every interface, email, certificate, and template is designed for RTL from day one. English is supported — but Arabic is home.
Your documents are encrypted in transit and at rest, with a tamper-evident audit trail and an RFC 3161 timestamp from a third-party timestamping authority on every signed document. We tell you in writing where your data is stored before you subscribe — today, that is outside the GCC.
Every signed document carries a sealed, bilingual certificate of completion: who signed, when, how they were verified, and proof the file has not changed since.
