Frequently asked questions

Is an e-signed agreement valid?

Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the UAE recognise electronic signatures in their electronic-transactions laws. Some instruments need a certificate-based signature (in Saudi Arabia, a certificate from a DGA-licensed provider (often with Nafath identity verification)) or notarisation, which SahlSign does not provide — check with counsel for those.

What evidence do we get?
