How do I send my first document?

How do I invite teammates to my organization?
Settings → Team → Invite member. Choose their role (owner, admin, manager, member, viewer). They get an email link to join.

What's an OTP and why do I need it?
One-time code sent to the signer's email before signing. Confirms the signer controls the email address — required for legal admissibility under UETA/ESIGN/eIDAS.

Is my data secure? Where is it stored?
TLS in transit, encrypted at rest, multi-tenant isolation enforced at the row-level. Currently US-region storage; GCC regions on roadmap.

Is my e-signature legally binding in Saudi Arabia / UAE / Qatar?

What's a Certificate of Completion?

Can I send a document to multiple signers?
Yes. Add as many signers as you need, each with their own fields. Sequential or parallel signing both supported.

Do signers need to create an account?
No. Signers click a link in the email, verify identity via OTP, and sign — no account required.

How does sequential signing work?
Each signer's invitation email fires only after the previous signer completes. Use it for approval chains.

How do I bulk-send a contract to many people?
Use a template + CSV upload. Each row gets its own personalized document and invitation email.

What's the difference between a signature and a stamp?
Signature = the individual's mark of agreement. Stamp = the organization's corporate seal. GCC contracts often need both.

How long do signing links last?
30 days by default. Configurable per-document. Expired links return a clear error; you can resend or void the document.

Can I revoke a signing link?
Yes — void the document. All pending signing sessions invalidate immediately; remaining signers are notified.

What happens if a signer declines?
They click "Decline to sign" on the disclosure step. Document moves to Declined; the originating sender is notified.

How do I send a reminder to a signer who hasn't signed?
From the document detail page, click "Send reminder" next to any pending signer. They get a bilingual reminder email with a fresh expiry note.
