How do I invite teammates to my organization?

Settings → Team → Invite member. Choose their role (owner, admin, manager, member, viewer). They get an email link to join.

Open Settings → Team, click Invite Member, enter their email + role, click Send. They receive a join-the-organization email with a one-click link.

Roles

  • Owner — full access; the only role that can delete the org or transfer ownership
  • Admin — full access except org deletion / ownership transfer; can add/remove other members
  • Manager — can send documents, manage templates, view all org documents; cannot change billing or branding
  • Member — can send and manage their OWN documents; cannot see documents created by others
  • Viewer — read-only access to documents they're explicitly given visibility on (e.g., as CC); cannot send

You can change a member's role at any time from the team panel.

Removing a member

Click the trash icon next to their name. Their access revokes immediately. Documents they sent stay with the organization (not deleted) — the org owner becomes the document owner of record.

Single sign-on (SSO)

Not yet shipped. Currently every team member signs in via email/password or Google OAuth. SAML / SCIM provisioning is on the Enterprise roadmap.

Multi-organization membership

A single SahlSign user account can belong to multiple organizations. Use the org switcher at the top-left of the dashboard to switch contexts. Each org has its own documents, templates, branding, and API keys — fully isolated.
